Ellie O’Day is murdered, her killer disappears into the night, and Alex Carr is suddenly alone in the apartment they once shared.

After a futile police investigation, everyone sadly concedes the one responsible for her death will escape justice. Everyone except for Alex; the man Ellie was to marry. Together with Jack Blain — his childhood friend, now a feared enforcer with an illegal narcotics cartel — Alex embarks on a ruthless search for the fugitive murderer.

But Alex doesn’t fully grasp the ferocity of the machine he has set in motion. Or Jack’s true capacity for violence. Or how many more people will die…

Hollie & Patrick Quinn’s new book has just received a wonderful review on : The Huffington Post and is on it’s way to becoming a category bestseller – I couldn’t be happier for this lovely family, they’re nothing short of inspirational; both for their courage, and also for carefully and intelligently weighing the available information before embarking upon their course of action.

Okay, I don’t litter my website with a bunch of self-serving client endorsements, but this one is unusually important to me; not because of anything I did or he says I did, but because of how hard he’s working to make his book a success. He’s giving me all the credit, that’s the kind of guy he is, but the truth is he’s making his own success by working to earn a readership one person at a time and by really caring about people. He hasn’t spent a dime on the usual marketing gimmicks…he has a website, he’s an expert in his specialty, and he genuinely loves to share what he knows to help others.

I added his book title in italics, and also his website at the bottom, but otherwise this is the email he sent me today:

Dear Brion,

You did a lot more than design my book cover and interior, you also provided me with the road map to successfully publish my book: The Financial Insider’s Annuity Guide. The only thing I had to do was follow your instructions and listen to your advice. Now my book is in print and available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. It’s hard to imagine that my book was only published in January of this year and it’s now June and my book is in the #1 position on Amazon for annuities and is the #1 Bestseller for annuities at Barnes & Noble.

I owe all my success to you! You are not only the best investment I’ve ever made, but the smartest! My success is directly attributed to your creative book cover, the step by step instructions you provided from how to get the ISBN number to filing with the Library of Congress. I could not have done it without you. Thanks for all your help and I would highly recommend you to anyone! Please feel free to use me as a personal and business reference.

Best Regards,

James M. Edwards
The Financial Insider

Nice huh? But it’s also inspirational to know that it’s possible to have a successful book without a major publisher behind you, or a big-league book publicist, celebrity endorsements, or a big advertising budget…sometimes its enough just to be sincere.

James has no idea I’m posting this, consider it my endorsement of doing things right for the right reasons. What goes around comes around…

The Financial Insider’s Annuity Guide

It’s no secret. The conventional approaches to managing and prioritizing are insufficient to overcome the bombardment of living and working in today’s fast-paced, always connected, often frenetic world. With a step-by-step strategy, Ending Overwhelm: Four Weeks to Break the Cycle of Too Much to Do and Too Little Time leads you to a life that is more purposeful and less stressful.

Increase your capacity to do what matters most

Get clear about what you want to accomplish, then do it

Lose that nagging sensation you’re forgetting something

Stop missing appointments, commitments, and deliverables

Tame the email tyrant and operate with an empty in-box

Stay organized, focused, and free to do more of what’s important

Live a life fulfilled not just full
